We have a different style to our worship each week.

  • The first Sunday of each month is an all-age communion service using prayers in contemporary language from Common Worship, and the music is played on guitars and/or keyboard.
  • On the second Sunday of the month we have a service of morning prayer. Our music at this service is led from the organ and tends to be more traditional hymns and songs.
  • We have an informal time of worship on the third Sunday of the month which includes a time of prayer ministry where we particularly focus on praying for healing. The songs at this service are contemporary.
  • The fourth Sunday of the month is a celebration of Holy Communion, and we also run a Kids Club for children. The music at this service is played on the organ.

What happens?

Each service tends to last for about 1 hour 15 minutes. Refreshments are available afterwards.

All the words you’ll need to say or sing during the service will either be displayed on screens, or you’ll be given an order of service when you arrive. You are welcome to join in with as much or as little as you want to!

Each week, we worship God through singing. Sometimes, we have a time where we sing several songs in a row and other weeks we will just sing one song at a time. During one of the songs, we give an opportunity for people to give some money. This is part of our worship as a way of thanking God for all that He gives us. It is not an entry fee, and we do not expect visitors to contribute – please just pass the collection on to the next person when it reaches you.

We also listen to something being read from the Bible at each service, and there will then be a talk from one of our leaders which helps us to think about what the Bible has to say to us today.
